This website is operated by RiteCrew ("we", "us"). For data collected through this site, we are the data controller.

This policy covers personal data we process through the ritecrew.cloud website and its demo-request form.

Data processed inside the RiteCrew product on behalf of a customer — crew records, certificates, contracts, payroll — is different. There we act as a processor, not a controller, and that processing is governed by the data processing agreement with each customer rather than by this page.

From everyone who visits

• Analytics data: pseudonymous identifiers, pages viewed, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Your cookie consent choices, so we do not have to ask again on every page.
• Server logs, including IP address and request metadata, kept for security and troubleshooting.

If you submit the demo-request form

• Your name
• Your work email address
• Your company name
• Fleet size, and anything else you choose to write in the message field

We do not ask for special-category data anywhere on this site. Please do not include it in the message field.

• To respond to demo requests — so we can contact you and prepare something relevant. Basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
• Analytics — to understand which pages are useful and where people get stuck. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Security and abuse prevention — to keep the site working and detect misuse. Basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
• Legal obligations — where we have to keep records or respond to lawful requests. Basis: compliance with a legal obligation.

Strictly necessary cookies keep the site functioning and your consent choice remembered; these do not require consent. Analytics cookies only load once you accept them. Declining them does not restrict any part of the site.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for third-party advertising. We do use service providers who process data on our behalf under contract — website and email hosting and analytics among them. They may only act on our instructions.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

• Demo-request submissions: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
• Analytics data: up to 14 months.
• Server logs: up to 12 months.
• Cookie consent records: up to 12 months, or until you change your choice.

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• correct it if it is wrong or incomplete
• delete it
• restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it where we rely on legitimate interests
• send it to you or another provider in a portable format
• stop processing based on consent, by withdrawing that consent

Email privacy@ritecrew.cloud and we will respond within one month. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or to the authority where you live.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to staff who need it, and hosting is inside the EU. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your rights we will notify you and the relevant authority as the GDPR requires.

When this policy changes, the "last updated" date at the top changes with it. For material changes we will flag them on the page rather than relying on you to notice.
