These terms govern your use of the ritecrew.cloud website and the demo-request form on it. Use of the RiteCrew SaaS product is governed by a separate written agreement between RiteCrew and each customer. Nothing on this page replaces or overrides that agreement.

This website is operated by RiteCrew. You can reach us at legal@ritecrew.cloud.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or otherwise collect data from the site by automated means without our written permission
• attempt to disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer the site or the infrastructure behind it
• submit other people's personal data through the demo-request form without their authorisation
• use the site in any way that breaks applicable law

The content on this site — text, graphics, logos, design and code — is owned by or licensed to RiteCrew and protected by intellectual property law. "RiteCrew" and the RiteCrew logo are our trademarks. Viewing the site for normal evaluation purposes is fine; copying it, redistributing it or building derivative works from it is not.

Submitting the demo-request form does not create a contract or oblige either side to anything. We use the details you provide to contact you about RiteCrew. How we handle that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Please give us accurate contact details. We may decline or stop responding to a request at our discretion, including where it appears to be automated or submitted in bad faith.

The site is provided as-is. We aim to keep it available and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and content may be out of date. Product descriptions, screenshots and pricing on this site are indicative and do not form a binding offer. Pricing that applies to you is the pricing in your signed agreement.

Some pages link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your data.

To the extent permitted by law, RiteCrew is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profits, lost business or loss of data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Estonian or EU law.

We may update these terms as the site changes. The version published here is the one that applies, and the "last updated" date at the top tells you when it changed. Where a change is material, we will make that clear on the page.

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved between us go to the courts of Estonia, with Harju County Court as the court of first instance.
